Objective: To update on the impact of Title X and Medicaid funding on Planned Parenthood clinics and patient access to care.
Key Findings: 144 Planned Parenthood sites in 20 states had Title X grant payments withheld in 2025. The Supreme Court's Medina decision allowed state Medicaid programs to disqualify Planned Parenthood clinics. The One Big Beautiful Bill Act prohibited federal Medicaid reimbursements to Planned Parenthood clinics for one year. 57 Planned Parenthood clinics closed or consolidated since January 2025. Nationally, 10% of reproductive age women covered by Medicaid received family planning services at Planned Parenthood clinics. Interpretation:
