A combination of prostate-specific antigen density, multiparametric MRI, and PSMA PET/CT findings may identify a subgroup of prostate cancer patients at risk for adverse pathology. In a study of 413 patients, those meeting all three criteria had a 100% positive predictive value for adverse pathology.
