Clinical Report: Cystic Folliculosebaceous Hamartoma in the Vulvar and Groin Regions

Background

Folliculosebaceous cystic hamartoma (FSCH) is a benign adnexal hamartoma that typically occurs on the head and neck, with genital and groin presentations being uncommon. Accurate diagnosis is crucial as FSCH can be mistaken for other vulvar lesions. Understanding the clinical and histopathological features of FSCH is essential for dermatologists and pathologists.
