This systematic review and meta-analysis evaluated the effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) combined with nucleos(t)ide analogs (NAs) on immune function in patients with hepatitis B-related liver fibrosis or cirrhosis. Improvements in various immune cell metrics and liver function indexes were reported, but the quality of evidence was classified as low.
