Clinical Report: Impact of Adjuvant Chemotherapy on Survival Outcomes Following Pelvic Exenteration for Gynecologic Malignancies

Overview

The COREPEX study analyzed the impact of adjuvant chemotherapy on survival outcomes in patients undergoing pelvic exenteration for gynecologic malignancies. Results indicated that adjuvant chemotherapy was associated with improved overall survival (OS), disease-free survival (DFS), and cancer-specific survival (CSS) in this patient population.
