Background

Geographic atrophy (GA) is an advanced form of non-neovascular age-related macular degeneration (AMD) that leads to vision loss. Current treatment options are limited, making the development of new therapies critical. OCU410 represents a novel approach using gene therapy to modulate inflammatory processes associated with GA.
