This study evaluates the effects of therapeutic plasma exchange (TPE) on functional outcomes in patients with various neurological disorders. Significant improvements in the Modified Rankin Scale scores were observed in conditions such as multiple sclerosis, myasthenia gravis, and Guillain-Barré syndrome following TPE.
