Clinical Report: Sustained stable disease and immune response in mUM patient
Overview
This case study describes a patient with metastatic uveal melanoma (mUM) who achieved durable stable disease after over two years of treatment with tebentafusp. Autopsy findings revealed extensive tumor necrosis and immune cell infiltration.
Background
Metastatic uveal melanoma is a rare and aggressive cancer with limited treatment options and a median survival of less than 12 months. Tebentafusp, an ImmTAC targeting gp100, has shown an overall survival benefit in clinical trials.
Data Highlights
No numerical data or trial data presented in the article.
Key Findings
The patient achieved durable stable disease on imaging after over 37 cycles of tebentafusp.
