The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if Adaptive Radiation Therapy (ART) is safe and effective in treating patients with locally advanced pancreatic cancer.

Approach:
Study Design: Participants will undergo CT scans for radiation treatment planning, receive tumor biopsies, and receive 5 radiation treatments every other day over a 2-week period.
Inclusion Criteria: Patients must have histologically or cytologically-confirmed locally advanced unresectable pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDA) and meet specific NCCN criteria.
Exclusion Criteria: Patients with metastatic disease, prior radiation therapy for pancreatic cancer, or certain medical histories are excluded.
