The Via360 surgical system by New World Medical integrates adjustable canaloplasty and trabeculotomy, featuring on-demand viscodilation for enhanced control during glaucoma surgery. FDA-cleared in February 2025, this device allows surgeons to precisely deliver viscoelastic fluid through a microcatheter with 360° navigation. Glaucoma specialists report its dual capability offers substantial reductions in intraocular pressure (IOP) and lessens reliance on topical medications, thus improving treatment for patients facing elevated IOP and complex glaucoma issues.
