Objective:

To report a case of isolated splenic littoral cell angioma (LCA) in a pediatric patient.

Approach:
    Key Findings:
    • The patient had no specific symptoms and was diagnosed incidentally.
    • CT imaging showed characteristic enhancement of the mass.
    • Pathological examination confirmed the diagnosis of LCA.
    Interpretation:

    Limitations:
    • The case study is based on a single patient, limiting generalizability.
    • The rarity of LCA in pediatric patients makes it difficult to establish broader clinical guidelines.
    Conclusion:

Surgical resection of LCA was performed, and no recurrence was observed at follow-up.
