Objective:

To present a case of a patient with severe atopic dermatitis, vitiligo, and alopecia areata treated with upadacitinib and to review existing literature on the shared JAK-STAT signaling pathway in these conditions.

Key Findings:
  • The patient showed marked improvement in atopic dermatitis with a SCORAD score reduction from 78.40 to 0.52.
  • Complete regrowth of eyebrows occurred within months, with a SALT score improvement from 38.40% to 0.00%.
  • Significant repigmentation of vitiligo lesions was observed at one-year follow-up.
