Objective:

To characterize the clinical and radiological evolution of anti-GABAAR encephalitis, including MRI dynamics, occurrence of relapses, long-term outcomes, and associated predictors, as well as to assess the potential of LMO5 antibodies as a biomarker for paraneoplastic etiology.
