Objective:

To evaluate the diagnostic performance of an AI-assisted MRI protocol for detecting pulmonary nodules compared to CT.

  • No clinically relevant suspicious nodules were missed in the cohort.
  • MRI showed reduced sensitivity for nodules <4 mm and calcified nodules.
