Premier Dental Products to Distribute PerioStōm® for Post-Procedural Periodontal Care

An FDA-cleared, non-drug oral wound dressing, PerioStōm is designed to support gingival healing and patient comfort.

To announce the exclusive distribution partnership between Premier Dental Products and Forward Science for the PerioStōm® product.

Distribution Agreement: Premier Dental Products will serve as the exclusive US distributor of PerioStōm®, an FDA-cleared, non-drug oral wound dressing for post-procedural periodontal care.
Product Description: PerioStōm® is designed to support gingival healing and patient comfort, using chitosan microspheres to form a bio-adhesive protective barrier in the periodontal pocket.
Integration with Treatment Protocols: The product can be incorporated into existing periodontal treatment protocols, including scaling and root planing (SRP).
Collaboration for Education: Premier and Forward Science will collaborate on clinician education and awareness efforts regarding PerioStōm®.

PerioStōm® is FDA-cleared and intended for use following periodontal procedures.
