Objective:

To report on the efficacy of tislelizumab and bevacizumab in a patient with primary malignant pericardial mesothelioma (PMPM).

Approach:
    Key Findings:
    • The patient showed significant relief from symptoms of chest tightness and breathlessness.
    • Imaging assessments indicated stable disease throughout the treatment.
    • No severe adverse reactions leading to mortality were reported, only grade II bone marrow suppression.

    • The small number of cases limits generalizability.
