Objective:
To report on the efficacy of tislelizumab and bevacizumab in a patient with primary malignant pericardial mesothelioma (PMPM).
Approach:

- The patient showed significant relief from symptoms of chest tightness and breathlessness.
- Imaging assessments indicated stable disease throughout the treatment.
