Objective: To investigate factors associated with the risk of incident hip or knee replacement in a population-based cohort.
Approach: Key Findings: Each 1 kg/m² decrease in BMI was associated with a 4% lower risk of joint replacement. Lower spine T-score correlated with a 16% lower risk.
