Objective: To present a case of bilateral chondrocutaneous branchial remnants (CCBRs) in a pediatric patient and review relevant literature on this condition.
Key Findings: Bilateral CCBRs are rare congenital anomalies associated with the branchial apparatus. They are typically asymptomatic. Complete excision of both the cutaneous lesion and its underlying cartilaginous component is the definitive management. Interpretation: Careful preoperative assessment is crucial to rule out potential systemic comorbidities.
Limitations: The case study is limited to the experience of a single patient. Conclusion: This case highlights the importance of thorough evaluation and management of bilateral CCBRs.
