Approach:
Case Presentation: A 44-year-old female with a history of ovarian cysts presented with elevated CA19-9 levels (up to 2453.1 U/mL) and pelvic symptoms, including left lower abdominal pain and weight loss. Extensive workup, including gastroenterological endoscopy and abdominal MRI, excluded gastrointestinal malignancies, and laparoscopy confirmed ovarian endometriosis.
Key Findings:
CA19-9 level was significantly elevated at 2453.1 U/mL in a case of ovarian endometriosis.
The patient had a long-standing history of ovarian cysts and presented with abdominal pain and weight loss.
