Study Design: A retrospective cohort study including patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML), acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), or myelodysplastic syndrome who underwent their first allogeneic MRD or MMUD peripheral blood HCT.
Statistical Analysis: Utilized inverse probability of treatment weighting (IPTW) with overlap weights to balance baseline characteristics and performed bootstrapped resampling for stability of estimates.
