Objective:

To assess the efficacy and safety of balloon-occluded HAIC (bHAIC) based on the FOLFOX regimen in unresectable HCC.

Key Findings:
  • Best ORR for 45 evaluable patients was 53.3% (RECIST 1.1) and 82.2% (mRECIST).
  • 88.9% ORR was observed in 36 treatment-naive patients according to mRECIST, with 15 achieving complete response.
  • 77.3% of patients with elevated AFP levels had a reduction of over 50% in their AFP levels.
  • All adverse events were manageable through medication or dose modifications.
