Objective:

To present a case of a patient with initially unresectable intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC) treated with a multimodal conversion therapy approach.

Approach:
    Key Findings:
    • The combination of PVE, surufatinib, sintilimab, and FOLFOX led to significant tumor reduction.
    • The patient achieved 28 months of disease-free survival post-surgery.
    Interpretation:

    Limitations:
    • The study is based on a single case report, limiting generalizability.
    • Further research with larger sample sizes is necessary to validate findings.
    Conclusion:

Conversion therapy using PVE, surufatinib, sintilimab, and FOLFOX can improve the resection rate in patients with initially unresectable ICC.
