Evaluation of the RITA-T (Rapid Interactive Screening Test for Autism in Toddlers): A Comprehensive Review of Psychometric Characteristics, Cross-Cultural Validation, and Clinical Uses

Approach:
Search Strategy: Systematic searches were conducted in PubMed, Web of Science, Scopus, PsycINFO, and CNKI through June 2026 for studies presenting original data on RITA-T administration among toddlers aged 18–36 months.
Quality Assessment: The QUADAS-2 instrument was used to evaluate methodological quality of the included studies.
