Approach:
Case Description: A 10-year-old patient with progressive myopia and dry eye symptoms was assessed for orthokeratology lenses.
Lens Design and Material: A reverse-geometry ortho-k lens design was selected, utilizing high-Dk rigid GP materials to enhance corneal oxygenation and minimize irritation.
Follow-Up: The patient reported symptom relief and improved visual acuity after wearing the lenses overnight.
