    Refractory Peripheral Facial Palsy (RPFP) can lead to ocular surface disorders (OSDs) such as exposure keratitis and dry eye disease.

    This study evaluates the efficacy and safety of intradermal acupuncture (IA) for treating OSDs secondary to RPFP.

    A total of 78 participants will be randomly assigned to either the IA group or the sham acupuncture (SIA) group.
