Dr. Lozano’s clinical interests include migraine and other headache disorders, women’s health, and health disparities affecting underserved and minority populations.

Her research has examined pain medication safety and effectiveness during pregnancy and lactation, treatments for refractory chronic migraine, and cluster headache therapies.

Dr. Lozano earned her medical degree from Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine, completed neurology residency at Trinity Health Grand Rapids, and completed a headache medicine fellow
