The clinical trial aims to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of Adaptive Radiation Therapy (ART) for locally advanced pancreatic cancer.

Participants will undergo CT scans, tumor biopsies, and receive 5 radiation treatments over a 2-week period.

Inclusion criteria require patients to have histologically confirmed unresectable pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma.

Exclusion criteria include prior radiation therapy for pancreatic cancer and confirmed metastatic disease.

Participants must provide informed consent and comply with treatment and follow-up requirements.
