    This case report presents a 73-year-old female with synchronous double primary hepatocellular-cholangiocarcinoma and gallbladder adenocarcinoma.

    Imaging revealed a space-occupying lesion in the liver and a nodular lesion in the gallbladder, both considered neoplastic.

    Postoperative pathology confirmed the liver lesion as combined hepatocellular-cholangiocarcinoma and the gallbladder lesion as adenocarcinoma.

    The patient underwent successful surgery, including left hemihepatectomy and cholecystectomy, with no cancerous tissue at resection margins.

    This case is the first reported instance of synchronous double primary tumors involving cHCC-CCA and gallbladder adenocarcinoma.
