Ipsilateral high-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (IL-HFS) was evaluated for safety in patients post-brain tumor resection.

Four patients received IL-HFS, while six patients received standard contralesional low-frequency stimulation (CL-LFS) after tumor resection.

Significant improvements in myotomal strength (MRC grade) were observed in all patients, particularly in lower-limb myotomes.

No seizures or heating effects were reported; however, one patient required wound revision and experienced a syncopal episode.

Preliminary findings suggest IL-HFS rTMS is safe post-operatively, warranting further trials to enhance motor recovery in brain tumor patients.
