    Ofatumumab (OFA) was administered to three refractory anti-NMDAR encephalitis patients who did not respond to first-line and second-line immunotherapies.

    All patients exhibited significant improvement in psychiatric symptoms, cognitive function, and brain imaging after receiving OFA treatment.

    CD20+ B cell levels rapidly declined to extremely low levels in all patients following OFA administration.
