A 71-year-old female presented with progressive right-sided nasal obstruction and a vascular lesion in the nasal passage.

Initial biopsy findings suggested a diagnosis of invasive squamous cell carcinoma, leading to surgical intervention.

Surgical removal revealed a well-encapsulated pleomorphic adenoma, differing from the initial carcinoma diagnosis.
