    Acquired reactive perforating collagenosis (ARPC) is a rare dermatologic condition associated with systemic diseases like diabetes and chronic kidney disease.

    A 55-year-old male with multiple health issues, including type 2 diabetes and chronic renal failure, was diagnosed with ARPC after presenting with skin lesions.

    Histopathological examination revealed cup-shaped epidermal invaginations and transepidermal extrusion of modified collagen, confirming the diagnosis of ARPC.
