    Preoperative diagnosis of MPNST is challenging due to overlapping features with other colonic tumors, often leading to misdiagnosis.

    The definitive diagnosis of colonic MPNST was confirmed through postoperative pathological examination and immunohistochemistry.

    The patient underwent successful laparoscopic radical right hemicolectomy and showed no evidence of recurrence or metastasis at six-month follow-up.
