    This study evaluated the effects of manual acupuncture combined with conventional rehabilitation on upper-limb motor dysfunction post-ischemic stroke.

    Manual acupuncture significantly improved FMA-UE scores compared to conventional rehabilitation and sham acupuncture, with differences of 9.64 and 8.57 points, respectively.
