    Dupilumab was initiated as a steroid-sparing treatment, leading to substantial improvement in pruritus and near-complete remission within two months.

    After six months of dupilumab treatment, the patient maintained disease control and successfully tapered prednisone from 60 mg/day to 2.5 mg/day.
