  • 2

After a median 13.9 months of observation, the investigator-determined overall response rate was 46.2%, including a complete response rate of 29.2%.

  • 3

Median duration of response was 22.7 months, median progression-free survival was 4.3 months, and median overall survival was 18.1 months.

  • 4

Responses occurred mainly in non-GCB disease; no objective responses were observed in the small GCB subgroup.

Grade 3 or higher treatment-emergent adverse events occurred in 43.1% of patients, with pneumonia the most frequent severe event at 9.2%.
