    A 27-year-old man developed progressive weakness and numbness in the right upper limb after an occupational fall, initially suspected as traumatic brachial plexopathy.

    Due to surgical risks, fluoroscopy-guided percutaneous bleomycin sclerotherapy was performed instead of open resection.
