In the phase 1/2 RAINFOL-01 trial, 109 patients with platinum-resistant ovarian, primary peritoneal, or fallopian tube cancer received investigational rinatabart sesutecan.

  • 2

Rinatabart sesutecan produced a confirmed objective response in 45.9% of patients, including 5 complete responses.

  • 3

Median duration of response was 12.1 months, 51% of responders remained in response at 1 year, and median progression-free survival was 9.5 months.

  • 4

Antitumor activity was observed across FRα expression levels, including in patients with low or no expression, and regardless of prior mirvetuximab treatment.

  • 5

Common adverse events included fatigue, gastrointestinal symptoms, anemia, neutropenia, and thrombocytopenia; treatment-related adverse events led to discontinuation in 1.8% of patients.
