    A retrospective analysis was conducted on a reproductive-aged female with uterine didelphys complicated by bilateral adenomyosis and endometrial polyps.

    The patient underwent hysteroscopic polypectomy and received a levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system in one cavity and a GyneFix® IUD in the other.
