Productive Dentist Academy will host a virtual 2027 Momentum Planning Session on Oct. 23 for dental practice owners and leadership teams.

The session will focus on developing business plans, assessing practices, and establishing financial, operational, and marketing priorities.

Participants will use PDA’s Investment Grade Practice curriculum to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and create actionable plans.

Topics will include revenue planning, patient flow, team priorities, marketing investments, and technology for practice expansion.

The program is open to all dental practice owners, not just current PDA clients, and will be conducted via Zoom.
