    This study evaluated the effects of Spatially Fractionated Radiation Therapy (SFRT) on symptom control and survival in patients with bulky tumors.

    A total of 60 patients were treated with SFRT, with a median follow-up of 15.8 months, showing a symptomatic improvement in 91.7% of cases.

    Among patients with evaluable imaging, 45 out of 51 showed tumor regression, resulting in an overall response rate of 33.3%.

    The median overall survival for patients was recorded at 7.6 months, with a significant association found between treatment response and BED-Vertex of ≥ 88 Gy.

    Adverse events related to SFRT were mild to moderate, with no grade 3 or higher toxicities reported during the study.
